i kind of just realized the true extent of dave’s “skinny motherfucker” status
i mean holy shit just look at him he’s like a stick
Can we just take a moment to appreciate the fact that this is like, the first panel we see him standing up straight?
Since the beginning, every stylized panel like this, he was slouching pretty awful.
He’s got the slouch of a guy who just wants to get by in life.
Someone who’s just there to pass through.
That guy who doesn’t really believe in himself.
He’s that guy.
But then….
We see him in OPs picture.
And he’s standing tall and straight and ready to fuck a bitch up.
And honestly, I think that was the best moment in Homestuck for me. Seeing someone who had so little faith in themselves standing tall and ready. Like he could do anything.
Can we just take a moment to appreciate, just how much Dave has grown?
